Thank you for considering purchasing a Travel Package ticket for the 2025 Festival of Trees. Please find below the full list of information and Southwest Airlines e-pass regulations.
It's simple--$100/ticket, maximum 100 tickets sold, for your chance to win 2-round-trip tickets on Southwest Airlines and $1000. Winners do not need to be present at Festival of Trees to win--so, if you're out of town for our annual event, please consider supporting via our Travel Raffle!
Flights are provided through Southwest Airlines (SWA) and round-trip travel must be completed on or before November 1, 2026 for both travelers. The winner will drawn live at Festival of Trees on November 23, 2025, and will be notified in-person (if they are at the event) and via email. The winner must respond by December 31, 2025, via email to claim the prize, or must forfeit redemption. This raffle is conducted pursuant to a nonprofit raffle registration issued by the California Department of Justice (Registration No. RF0017039).
SWA e-pass vouchers are eligible for use for domestic travel only on SWA, for round-trip only redemption to/from "any domestic city." E-pass includes two free checked bags, subject to size, weight restrictions, and additional bag fees. Additionally, you may carry on one bag and one personal item. Additional rules may apply per SWA and these terms are subject to change based on SWA e-pass policies and regulations, without notice from Festival of Trees/BGCA.
